Cohen has been an amazing owner for the Mets. The best thing they could've ever hoped for. He's done a great job purging the place and replacing it with excellence.

Steve Cohen: the coolest down to earth extremely rich man I have ever seen or heard. I am 65 yrs old, seen it all since 1959. As a Met fan my entire life since the mid 60's, Steve Cohen is unsurpassed as a wealthy Owner who has humility and Respect for people. We Love you Steve! I mean that in all sincerity. You are just RIGHT. Simply RIGHT. In Every way. Thank you no matter what. My dream is continued relevance every year for at least a decade. I believe and am fully confident that you will not allow YOUR TEAM, YOUR FRANCHISE, to sink to irrelevance and complacent mediocrity like some have. You have restored my faith in the NY METS as being WORTHY of my support and FANDOM. We are in Great hands finally. I know I speak for very very many. Your hiring of David Stearns and the choosing of Carlos Mendoza are proving to be off the charts Perfect. Best wishes to you, your Wife, your family, and your health!!!!!!! ❤️

Great job putting this team together. You made great decisions on who to keep and who to let go. The pieces fit really good as the pitchers pitched and the hitters hit. In a marathon, it is not how you start, it is how you finish. Lindor continues to preach this point. Stay focused....

At the beginning of the season, Lindor was cold. The Mets fans could go to the park and boo him if they wanted, but they do something better, they cheer for him and stuck with Frankie until he begins to be himself again. That decision from the fans is paying off big time. This team will go as far as Lindor can get them. Nobody expected this team to be here, but he carried the Mets in his back, at every clutch moment. David Stearns said it the best, every Mets fan knew when Lindor gets to the plate with the bases loaded, that something will happen, and he once again didn't let us down.

Ironically we owe the Philadelphia fan base some credit. Last year they gave Trea Turner a standing ovation and it propelled him to an amazing hot streak. During Lindor’s cold start there were people on social media suggesting the Mets fans should follow suit. And would you believe it? It worked. From that point on Lindor was right there with Shohei Ohtani as one of the most valuable players in the National League.
