smyffmawzz value of a fortune is based on what others have. If everyone have 10 million then the value of 10 million is nothing, but if one person have a billion and 100 people have nothing then, you probably understand. Everyone can’t be rich. Plus the way capitalism works (hint, it’s in the name) is one person owns something and gets richer on others behalf. Those people might also get enough to be able to save, but they are not getting the value worth from their work. If they would, capitalism wouldn’t exist.
