As I said in description in has to be early 2000s, it can't be early 90s as mentioned as Steve Davis didn't have this type of haircut when he won the masters in 1997. He had far more hair and still had the parting.

It’s 2003, if you get a glimpse of Ronnie he doesn’t have a spiky/parted hair cut like he did in 2001-2002, and doesn’t have the long Alice band from 2004.

@Tomas Ware That's what I thought and said yesterday. I, too, looked at Davis hair for a guide
