If awareness cannot differentiate itself from the mental and emotional pattern of doer-ship, then awareness remains arrested in its attachment to one's thinking. This then maintains the activity of separation. liberation can only come from a non-attached awareness.

It’s good to remain as awareness and to witness any sensation in the body and how that sensation manifests as self contraction, just observe as awareness only.
