It does get better eventualy, but it takes time to heal, i have suffered from depression for 20 years because i refused to admit i was depressed, thats the first and most difficult step, admitting your depressed, youv'e allready done that, the rest gets easier as you get healthier, look into yourself and find where the pain comes from (it could take minuits or months to find depending on how much you have burried in your subconsious) then when you have found the source of the pain and drag it out into the light and examin it, dysect it, and understand it, once you understand it you can fix it, i wont presume to tell you its not all that bad or allways look on the bright side because if your depressed you can't and iv'e been there so long i get it, if your in pain i will say there are others out there who can help if you are willing to accept the help, someone who got me through a lot of my depression was 'teal swan' her videos are on youtube, she is a spiritual guide (not religeous) and has a keen insight into coping with and healing depression even if you are not a spiritual type (i am not paticularly spiritual myself but i have a verry open mind)

@@dancampbell28 as a 25 year multi spectrum user who's knowledgeable as per breed and type of particular strains and having an understanding of the differences in effect between one vs. another. I'm gonna have to disagree with you there because I am one of the most intelligent people I know also some of the most brilliant minds ever known have been open about marijuana use. That being said any whom I've known personally who are exclusive bong rippers are the only I've known to have "brain fry" due to a constant lack of oxygen to the brain from taking those milky white wall loads to the dome and holding it in til the cows come home. If you gotta have water get yourself a quality bubbler made of glass, NO METAL BOWLS,(especially on a bong, they get too hot and release incredibly dangerous chemicals ESPECIALLY if they are chrome lined) or just get a good glass pipe and keep it clean. Now I don't know exactly what you smoke but I would also like to add that most uneducated bong boys go for the heavy indica's to match their heavy hits and to achieve their desired level of stone. Indica's are couch/sedative/pain relief strains while Sativa's are uplifting/energetic/thought provoking strains. All that being said lay down the bong and educate yourself before you educate the masses. Not to be rude... just throwing it out there!

I heard a little while ago that the new Inquisition (the mental health system) got you too Steve. I have been messed up for 20 years, not because of my mental health which I was quite satisfied with, but because of the humiliation, lowering of status, isolation, loss of others trust in me, sedative pills and their side effects that I was forced onto when simple minded psychologists and psychiatrists diagnosed me with intensely negative humiliating oversimplifications called mental pathologies which are really just eccentric personality traits and no where near the whole of the oppressed “patient’s” personality or experience of life. What rebels, shamans, permanently striking protesters and mystics often forget to do is to learn the lessons of drug use when drugs are illegal. The following are strategies not rules, the point of freedom and anarchy is to treat each other well without oppressive rules, laws, authorities, leaders or rulers. We all know innately and have known since long before belief in Deities, Cults, Religions, Laws, Lawyers, Police and Prophets that being an arseh*le hurts our reputation and the more injury and damage we cause the less we will be liked by beings wanting safety. So here are some useful druggy strategies we sometimes forget ; To be quiet and secretive enough about stuff that freaks people out negatively because they don’t understand it, at least until we have enough power, support and authority to be safe telling our own truth, to have a sense of humour about it and to remain rational enough during strange reality shifts, to continue to treat their loved ones and associates and strangers with enough respect that they do not become frightened, to continue to increase our authority over our own lives and to not attempt to destroy others authority over their own lives even when we observe their idiocies and submission to exaggerated power, to continue to support and exchange freedom and freedom authority self empowerment techniques between even groups we don’t fully agree with as long as they are not oppressive in order to have a growing community of support when authorities act tyrannical for people doing what they want individually and collectively instead of what the bosses, wealthy and politicians tell them is right to do, to have a subliminal tone saying “it’s just a joke don’t take it too seriously it probably isn’t for you” in the background of our voice whilst talking about it publicly even when trying to emancipate people simply in order to not incite mass mainstream rebellion whilst big brother authority is watching, and to not be aggressive amongst other groups, subcultures or gangs when we don’t understand their etiquette because they are likely to sabotage us if they come to hate us and if they are not pacifist they may retaliate violently or with black magic, to leave groups, subcultures, cults, religions or gangs when we are not free there because they can sometimes be as oppressive as society. What else should we add to the manifesto guide of the free human being for being in oppressive societies?
