First saw Steve Kimock with ZERO in 1993, been my favorite living guitarist ever since.

First saw them a couple times few years later at the Fox Theater in Boulder. Then at the Cubbie Bear in Chicago in 98. Later that year I moved to Arcata, CA and there was no shortage of Kimock shows, especially with his then new band KVHW. Amazing music and amazing times. I miss it but am blessed to have been so lucky to have been there. We will never get another run of live music in small venues again I'm afraid. Perhaps Goose or Billy Strings will pick up the pieces when Phish hangs it up.
