Steve-O heavily inspired me to clean up. Addict since I was 13, vics percs and addys. Meth and heroin at 22. Clean for 4.5 years now. If he could do it I could too was what I said to myself. He's better off and I will be too. He only found suffering and embarrassment at the hands of drugs and so did I. It was really clear cut once I saw how much he endorsed sobriety. 2 relapses, about a year apart. Haven't even thought about getting ahold of it at all in 2 years. Still working on the alcohol cause i still drink once a week and I still smoke weed once or twice a day, but I feel like a whole new man being free from meth, heroin and all pills. I genuinely thank steve-o, my parents, my grammy, my only friend and my mind every day from the bottom of my heart that I was able to get cleaned up when I did. I'd definitely be dead if I kept doing the shit I was for even a little while longer Edit:typos, I'm sure I'll find more

He was sober status when I was working and so suprised when I got to see him walk into my work. I got to serve him in Florida a few years ago and got great stories , he was all about "pics with fans" and probably spent a good hr just taking selfies with people.. I remember even the way he feng shui'd the drunk people into listening to him like the pied piper and had the whole bar singing... GREAT company, humbly funny. The dude graduated from the barnum and bailey clown college, 200 attempted... 33 made it and he was one of them... enough said.
