Steve co-wrote and sang this song in honor of his mother who had passed away from an illness. ❤ Steve is a beautiful man. Loving son, talented singer, songwriter and not too shabby to look at either.

This song is about how he was missing Sherrie. He said so at all of his FTLOSM concerts as an intro just before he sang it. You can listen to him talk about it on the various FTLOSM show recordings on KZbin.

The song he wrote about his mother is "When I Think of You". He said he wrote this after Sherrie called and left a message on his machine, but he did not call her back because he never goes back to something that didn't work. But realized it was OK to miss something.

I'll have to admit, that this particular version of "Missing you," truly brings me to tears. 😢 I can only imagine, how 'SAD' you were feeling; and how 'difficult," it must have been, to write 'Lyrics' for this "Heart-Wrenching," Song. 🤔 🫥 😒 🙄 🎶 💔 Unfortunately, it seems "WE ALL" experience 'heartache,' some more severe than others. He's one of (If not )the best in the field! Fantastic!!
