Steve is lucky because at least he didn't get mid ejection or facing peak Gordon from Season 3 to Season 10. Gordon is also doing the same to Amber from Season 19 when she got breakdown on fish station until she cried on the pantry.

The Hell's Kitchen KZbin channel has been cutting the rewards/punishments, so for anyone lost as to why Steve was talking about the punishment in the beginning, Brynn used her punishment pass to swap Steve in for the punishment since the blue team won the challenge.

I understand why they do it, because they need ratings and drama sells, but I still disagree with its place in hell's kitchen.

So, for anyone want to know why Steve went silence on this dinner service: He is salty becausd Brynn used her Punishment Pass to swap him with Red Team to do punishments to clean the mess after Blind Taste. While previously, Steve used his Pass and swap with Brynn to go to Grand Canyon and Caesar's Palace when the Red Team still full girls while the Blue Team got punished to make Cupcakes. Brynn didn't have problem with that but Steve didn't take it too kindly. Also, Brynn took too long to use her Pass and her reward is kinda lame to go Bowling with Blue Team which reminds you, this season was shooting during pandemic.

I'm loving this season more than previous season. Less drama more cooking and Gordon Ramsey was way more calmer and communicative than the previous season's and the way they showing the detail's of cooking and how a professional kitchen looks with Cooks is phenomenal.

Same happen with Van in Season 17 All Stars. Never go shut down in Hell's Kitchen, keep talking and communicating to stay because communication is the key.

This was so unlike Steve this episode as he had been the clear favourite to win and was dominating the competition overall and out of the blue he completely lost his voice. I remember watching this episode and being particularly worried for him. Even when Gordon pulled him into the back room you could tell in his voice he was concerned about Steve's peformance as he mentioned he was the most talented and most accurate chefs he had that season. It's usually the chef's who have a poor night are pulled in to the back room for a stern talk to but here Gordon was really concerned and wanted Steve to fight back
