He's an arrogant dick, if you've ever had the displeasure of meeting him in person. He certainly isn't "one of us". The only time he's a pleasant person is if you are somehow 'worthy' of him. I've seen people pay thousands of dollars for a chance to meet him and he ignored them like shit on the bottom of his shoe. I've seen him tell people asking him questions back of house and he rolls his eyes and ignores them. I've seen him literally the leave the room if no one in the room is worth his time.

In Europe, people want quotas for women on company management boards, regardless of whether they are particularly good or not. In today's music world, there is a mass of women who play guitar, bass and drums excellently and first-class. They are hardly noticed by the "old" jazz, blues, rock and metal generation. Women who are first-class masters on instruments don't need a quota, they just need attention and respect. Thank you Steve Vai🤘🤘 Good NiliBrosh 👍
