This takes me back to when I was a little girl in the 70s and life was good and people really cared about each other, not like now. The first time I heard this was in the summer and I was looking up at the sky and thought why can't it be like this forever? I knew then that was a memory that I would always remember, and here it is 40 years later and I do just like it was yesterday. Good music does that for you, it can take you back in time to good memories, better sometimes than a picture.

As of this writing, there are 19 thumbs-down votes. I can’t think of a more convincing illustration of the combined afflictions of moronism and inability to recognize good music performed by one of the most underrated musical talents on the planet. Tragically, KZbin hides their identity, so no one can help them. Pray for them, won’t you? 😎

Of course your right except one thing. Steve Winwood is not underrated. He’s held in the highest regard by his peers and anyone with the slightest clue knows Steve is out of the very top drawer

You are wrong Vito. There are now 31 (and counting) total musical moronic idiots who gave this amazing song a thumbs-down and can't find their way anywhere let along home! Enough said.........

I have had the pleasure of Steve Winwoods musical talent for a long time. I also enjoyed his commentary in the "Muscle Shoals" documentary. I am looking forward to being there at one of his upcoming concerts with "Steely Dan" in the near future.

Hi Nirva. Hope you are doing well and that you had a great summer with your family. I'm doing good too... KZbin is still fun but I spent more time on facebook during the last 2 months than the last 5 five years all together lol. See ya.

Zedwoman It is a very awesome version of this song. It's Steve Winwood's 69th birthday today, May 12. I saw him twice live, opening up for Tom Petty. It was great.

Fiouu good to hear that about YT ;) Right now I,m in a ''hunting'' process on FB to search for people I've know in my life since the 80's...only time will tell if it was worth it finding all these people because real true friends are such rare on this planet... Feel free to visit my page one day just to say hi! you know my name. Take care Nirva.
