Dude, I would have those Hashbrowns with Bacon almost every morning while deployed to "Undisclosed location in REDACTED". I'd mix the gross coffee into the granola cereal, hardly taste it and it was a pick me up. Really brought my mood up. If I got lucky, I had the Sausage Peppers on the road, the trail mix really helped on those long days.

I've checked out some of the other guys that do this but Steve's reviews are by far the best. His set up, word usage, he explains every little piece and and part of the deal. Has great catch phrases and has a very inviting voice and narration. To think I stumbled across Steve's reviees about 3 years ago just surfing KZbin and going down the rabbit hole one evening. I stayed up till morning watching his vids. Keep up the great work steve. From one Floridian to another, I salute you sir. Oh by the way, if you happen to read this. I found a kinda wacky, weird mre on Amazon prime, it's called zombie survival mre or something. Anyway they're themed lol I ordered one for 20 bucks, it's the stoners pack lol. It comes with 2 standard mre pizzas, 2 packs of skittle, 2 packs of starburst both originals. I believe it comes with other standard mre fare. Accessory pack and suck, crackers and jalapeno cheese spread. I like the jalapeno cheese but the bacon one is tremendously good as well. When you mix the two it takes it off the charts man. Soooooo good! Anyways just thought you might like to check those out, as to add some content to your page! Cheers mate.

I’m Chinese and I have had the full range of Chinese milk rations. I thought they were quite good. A specific type that’s pretty similar to mres actually was my only food source for a month some time ago. Now i came to Europe and tried this menu, sausage with onions. It absolutely blew me away. Absolutely night and day compared to what I had before. First thing that I thought of after I had eaten it was “no wonder the Americans are gonna kick our ass if we ever go to war”.

I'm currently in the US Army and while in an FTX last week I had this MRE for the first time. However it now comes with beef jerky trail mix instead. I wasn't a fan of that but the sausage was honestly one of the best MRE I ever had.

He's been doing it for years too. If you are into this sort of stuff, look up the first few Mortiis albums, ie everything before The Smell of Rain. Which is a fine album itself, but Mortiis went in a more goth/industrial direction after that. Everything before that is pure ambient dungeon synth music.

Given that we haven't issued mess tins in a couple decades, most US MRE have to be eaten from the pouch. Which can limit one's options for mixing & matching, as overflowing the pouch is under recommended. But, the old #20 was good.

My favorite MRE so far is the menu 20 hashbrown potatoes and peppers.. I had the peppers and onions and potatoes when our power went out for a week in Oregon during an ice storm and it was so delicious
