do they have a canteen or something to put water in?

Some people listen to ASMR, some people watch Steve eat an MRE.

Huh. Interesting..I've heard stories and tales of French people and their society but I wasn't aware that they actually exist.
@handlesaresuperghey3 сағат бұрын
you know why french MRES are "gourmet"? Because they're not out there fighting. They're luring allies into wars so they can watch.

I hear there is a lot of North Korea field rations in a open field in Russia

It won't be long until Canadian soldiers won't have any need for an MRE. They won't be going on active missions due to their government making it illegal for them to possess even an issued firearm anywhere in the world. They'll be doing all their training by shooting rubber bands off of their fingers. 😂😂😂

I'd trade the fishing kit with apron to a tribe elder for permission to live with them and forget about the rest of the world. 😂

I have no military background, but I love your videos. I really like military history and I feel like I always get an honest review even for items lots of people would dismiss because of their look. You appear grateful for every bite, rarely leaving any waste. Every part of it feels like you do this because you love it, and that is rare. I get sad when I hastily click an mre review and find out it's not you, but I still watch out of respect. Your quintessential "let's get that on the tray" and "nice" live in my head rent free I have even started buying and eating my own MREs. Hopefully one day my forearms will be as glorious

It's almost like they knew ahead of time that the soldiers would need/appreciate some moral boosters in their MRE's 😐

That looks a lot better than British Army rations. That's real food as opposed to the birthday party food in the British Army ration.
Spaghetti wasn't too bad. The eggs took a while to get used too. Gainesburgets were greasy discs.

British army rations are below an acceptable standard. They have eliminated nutritional satisfying food with sugar. So they have the calories but a huge proportion is sugar at the expense of healthy food of quality.

No utensils = Prisoners can't melt the other end of the spoon down to form a tip, then sharpen that tip once it cools to form a weapon. Those rations are certainly a heck of a lot better than what my Late father got to eat when he was a Political prisoner during the Soviet era. He lived long enough to see it crumble to ashes.

Cool! My great-grandfather fought in the 339th Infantry Regiment. They fought the Bolshevik forces during the second Russian civil war during WWI. I wonder if he would have had these. I still have his medals and a painting of him in his uniform, along with his enlistment and discharge paperwork.
