Hi Steve, I've been watching your videos for a long time and always learn something and sometimes buy the product A suggestion if I might. I have been using fakespot also, an extension on the browser. When you go to your link to buy this vac, you immediately see a fakespot warning on the seller. Lots of complaints. I have found that when I read the reviews, it much smarter to read the 1 star reviews. Here you see the problems. At this point you have to make a decision as do you want to gamble that you could have this type of issue. Of course, when I see a lack of customer service, I'm out of there. My advice is for you to go read the 1 star reviews before you shoot the video. Obviously, when you recommend a product and there are issues, you're reputation is caught up in the negative experience.
