@@JustCallMeMeghan That is AWESOME, hope I can catch your review of the kit! Everything to do with shipping is too much the cost, delays, packaging, missing packages, customer service. I don't make KZbin videos BUT do plan on leaving a review here on this video when we use the kit! It will be 4 kids (ages 11-13) & 2 adults making their own (2 each). I justify it for my kids. Being home for the last year has been rough and crafting has been very cathartic especially with the new found love of resin pouring! The kids have been making their own clocks this week and both are VERY excited for them to be done and in their rooms.

So cool that you have your own kit! Something you could try for the open bezels to keep them from leaking is if you have any uv resin, put a very thin layer of that and then cure it right away. I don't work with bezels much so its just a thought

Sorry I can not see $50 for a starter kit when I can get a $36 kit on Amazon Prime with free shipping. It may not have as much mica or as many bezels or as deep of bezels. It does not have the tape but it does include molds and glitters and pipettes jump rings and key chains. I feel sorry that you are so far away and Amazon can undercut you and others as they do. I would support you if I could. I love both your KZbin channels and have watched some two or more times. I like your personality and your humor along with your creativity and sense of sharing ideas and knowledge. Thank you.

8:48 its not that they "don't mix", they can and do mix, the problem is that the water will cause an adverse reaction with the resin, causing a wide range of issues and ruining your cast/pour/result [just a heads up]

I just went to order... im in canada.. they stopped my order because they couldnt estimate the shipping. 35 quid is 60 canadian dollars, and shipping would be over 50, thats iF it passes customs... That really is a great deal i just got a starter kit myself and it was 45.00 and only 3 mini colors and two very small molds a square and a piramid . And 6 popscile sticks a 6 mini plastic cups and 2 parts resin. Not nearly as good a deal as yours !

I have a question: how long is it before the jewelry resin piece is completely, 100%, fully cured? I ask because with coasters, the full cure is a fairly long time before use, at least that is what I have read elsewhere. Thank you for great info as always!

Congrats Mr.McDonald on this kit it looks amazing but can I ask you a question I have noticed on the last few videos you have a dark spot under your thumbnail if it is just you hit it or something ok. But if not get it checked out that it is not a skin cancer under the thumbnail. We don't want anything happens to you I just had to say something to you when the spot has not gone away.
