Steve Miller is an underrated guitar player. He's really good but is a singer first and people forget his guitar skills. He's better than a lot of the top 100 guitarist on rolling stones list!

Those look like two Fender right-hand version Jimi Hendrix Strats, with the strings in normal right-hand guitar order, but strung in reverse length because the tuning keys are “upside down”, which I am told makes the 1st and 2nd strings significantly easier to bend up 1 1/2 steps or more than on a typical right hand Strat. In late 2019 I saw a new white one for sale in the local Guitar Center.

I think the most underrated member of Steve's band all these years was Norton Buffalo. HIs high octave background harmonies was integral to the Steve Miller Band sound. R.I.P. Norton!

Normally the entire band is subject to levels of underrate running the spectrum from plain underrated all the way up to the dreaded criminally underrated. I guess now specific members are being singled out to be insulted with an unfair low rating! 🤷😢

You try it. Great stuff. How could not like a flower in a desert. It's all about fun and you have brilliant guitar playing on roller skates on one foot and a great sense of humor and a clear look at humanity. Then again? Makes you want to dance. Vote. It's voting Day by the way. Just my opinion. Enough of that. I've enjoyed Steve Miller's music for ears. I know I said ears I'm trying to say yours on my talk to text phone. @@zxccxz164 It was Steve Miller's full set that day as there were many acts that played less than an hour each. Now you're complaining they played for free, that's pretty clever... just to avoid admitting you were wrong... which you were. That was his complete concert that day.

I've seen SM in concert a couple of times, and he was so musically spot - on, nothing like this. What happened? Oh well I guess anyone can have an off night. He sounds hoarse, and the band seems very lackluster. Oh well.
