Steve Ive seen couple dudes have a upright belt sander with various diametet spools for the 3rd wheel for cleaning / notching tubing The 3rd wheel has multiple spools of diff diameter for different tubing sizes

Steve, that car with the massive air damn is a Pikes Peak hillclimb car. BMW E36. The build log can be found by searching for "Bergsteiger E36 Build Journal." Any time you see a splitter/spoiler/air dam or whatever that's THAT massive, it's usually a Pikes Peak car if it's not completely for the looks of it.

You have to be in the "industry" in order to buy a ticket - it isn't open to the "public" It is basically the blue collar version of SEMA, PRI has cool cars but it is all about doing the work, SEMA IMO is more about displaying the work.

Congrats Steve with the new Rottler equipment! We've had the H85a a year this month and all our engines have improved a lot! We also got the F69a last June and is really nice to use for ease of block machining, we even with a step further and made centering camshaft holders to machine lifter bores off the cam bores instead of the crank center line bores! P.S. Set up a curtain around it as it spits cutting chips everywhere!

That hone have the auto dwell feature? Where it somehow can detect the shape of the bore and dwell where need be to make perfect… Assume it probably does… think that is wild how it knows the shape of the bore…👍
