@fizarrah4 жыл бұрын
Leak Anderson I believe murder would be easier for any one of us to do versus rape or child molestation. I think sexual assault should be treated just as serious as murder is. A one time killer who snapped may never have the urge to repeat because it bothered them, but a sexual predator is a different story, the urge is actually what drives them. The same as serial killers, it’s gross because it’s all about their pleasure seeking in the wrong ways! Disgusting because these are real people they are using like objects and I’ve even seen documentaries where they admit they can’t control it and if they were set free they would have to avoid being in close proximity to kids because the urge is so strong. It is a mental illness. Some even went as far as saying that if they were castrated it wouldn’t stop them because then they would just result to objects. These were the guys willing to speak about their problem, imagine what’s going on in the minds of the ones who keep it all secret. I honestly feel like they are just as bad if not worse.

There is a very strict hierarchy in prison. Anywise in my country there is. (NL) At the very bottom are pedophiles. Everything done against those gains one respect of others. Above that anything else done against children. Above that rapists of women. Above that junks and those who steal and so to support that habit. Above that dealers. Above that smugglers. You are then abouts in mid ground. Things above that actually gain respect right off the bat. Murderers are all over, depending on who was killed and why.

The realest thing more people need to realize. The government throws people in there to make them worse, not better, as they try to falsely claim. The prison system in this country needs a complete overhaul.

@younggod52303 жыл бұрын
yes because those kinds of criminals are stupid and mentally fucked. That is why pedophiles would fit right in their with them. Pedos are also stupid an mentally fucked. The problem is that a murderer thinks he is somehow better than the child molester, the he is somehow in the position to play moral authority. But you gotta respect the guy, he was honest and aware that he probably isnt the most mentally stable person oht there Very important edit: There are always exceptions. Obviously not everyone in prison is mentally fucked. Some didn't even commit crimes, or are in there for very minor reasons. What I was trying to say is that it's weird how a murderer who hasn't learned his lesson but instead killed again, in prison, thinks he has some moral high ground over the pedophile. Just this specific case. I am sorry for anyone who has family they care about in prison or to any victims of child abuse and their families. I do not condone murder or child rape, and it doesn't matter which one is worse. But we shouldn't be executing any criminals, prison is right where they belong. Maybe better functioning prisons, so that the re-imprisonment rate isn't so high. Keep in mind, people in prison, no matter the crimes they committed are humans like you and I who deserve the chance at rehabilitation.

@Black He killed a child molester. The mother of the girl *saw* him sexually assault her. The little girl admitted to the police he did it up to *three* times. He was literally going in depth trying to justify what he did to Steven. It's not a fucking accusation if he's literally trying to justify molesting a child. I'm not saying its good he got murdered, which is why I won't praise the man who killed his girlfriend. What I am saying, is that it's fucking stupid for you to defend a child molester.

“I don’t have empathy for people”. I feel like he has more empathy than the judicial system
@Wheresmy2404 жыл бұрын
That isn't saying much. The judicial system is flawed to it's core. They realized they could create a whole new economy off of the mentally ill instead of paying for their stays in mental hospitals and they call it prison. Of course the mentally unstable break arbitrary laws. They used to get locked into the Looney ward for it, now they just ignore their issues and throw them into cages with other loonies. It's fucking sad and everyone involved should have a special place in hell reserved for them.
@waffilushus4 жыл бұрын
Wheresmy240 defining mental illness at 2020 has become more of a subjective problem, due to the millions and millions labels. Let’s take 1960 for an example, the time when they didn’t have as many diagnoses for mental illnesses, it was easier to determine who was and who wasn’t sick. While now anyone who commits a crime can claim that they are mentally ill and when being diagnosed upon the doctors can always find something. I’m just going to share my opinion now and say that people that rapes and murders other people deserves prison regardless of what “voices” they heard. Sometimes we just have to acknowledge that people are just evil and not sick. I’m not saying I’m right, just claiming that I’m convinced that this is the case.

@@stepstony3683 well like I said he caught a new charge and had his sentence extended, but in the little micro world of that prison he's got kind of a pass with the other inmates. From what I saw there's always a core group / gang whatever you want to call it and from an outsiders perspective it seemed like the word went out to leave him alone. And as far as I know he's still inside, and honestly if I hadn't seen the aftermath of the pedo's last few minutes I would never have guessed that this guy could or would do that to someone, the diddler did not go out quickly or painlessly. But like I said nobody was outraged over his death and everything that followed was handled very matter of factly, we really weren't sad to see a child rapist go and he wasn't upset that we had a job to do
@antoneckhart40102 жыл бұрын
Did you ever meet any aryan brothethood? Was it a very stressful job?
@limabravo60652 жыл бұрын
@@antoneckhart4010 well I wouldn't say I met them but we knew all of the inmates who had affiliations whether it was aryans, ms13, mafia types, or any of the myriad number of inner city gang members. But one thing I did think was funny was when you'd have any of the supremacist types be they white, black, etc... would espouse all their racist nonsense one minute and then we'd catch them working with (usually smuggling/ selling drugs) with the people they claim to hate and be superior to, because as soon as an opportunity to make money came up all their "deeply held beliefs" got set aside, because in prison or on the outside the only color that matters is green. I know how cliche that sounds but it's true. I'd come from the military right into corrections and I was attending university so working in that environment wasn't any more or less stressful than being deployed. But I left because the people in my life and eventually I realized that I was looking at everyone and everything from the perspective of being in a dangerous situation I guess you could say, like mentally sizing everyone up at a barbecue and making sure I knew every avenue of escape should things get messy, or going to a restaurant and waiting for a table to open up that faced the entrance / exit and preferably with my back against the wall, or leaving a movie when a bunch of people I didn't like the look of came in. This is all stuff combat vets deal with to varying degrees but staying in an environment that reinforced all of that wasn't going to end well for me. And of course there were the inmates that were inside over trivial bullshit like selling weed, or just being an addict, and hearing the politicians who instituted the laws to encarcerate these people get on TV and claim that they were trying to help with the opioid crisis, or telling their constituents that it was time to legalize marrijuanna while doing nothing to lessen or eliminate weed related sentences pissed me off. And to be clear I don't support legalizing all drugs, coke, heroin - fentanyl and all opioids should be very much regulated with zero distinction between the different forms ie crack cocaine and regular cocaine should carry the same penalties, marrijuanna on the other hand is no more harmful than alcohol or tobacco products and in fact is probably less so. But I couldn't change any of those issues, I could however get another job and so I did. And please don't misunderstand and think that this prison was full of people who didn't deserve to be there, the majority did and should never be let out

For a rape case they make ADN tests, physical test, psychological tests, they search of evidence and witnesses, they conduce a quite large series of interrogations, look for internal and external wounds and if the evidence is not strong enough the case is closed. You may have "heard of many cases" but none of them put a foot in jail of was charged if there wasn't evidence enough. Fake rape claims are 2 to 4% of all rape cases and only 4% of all rapist go to jail. So we can say that almost all rapist that end in jail are confirmed rapist.
