Thank you. I just watched a video of a victim who barely survived being kidnapped by a man who had been convicted 3 times of violent crimes, and after short sentences had been released each time to go harm girls again. This video makes more sense than our own justice system at times.

Some people are convinced that their crazyness is the reality. Emotions have a lot to do with it too. Like psycopaths for example. For many psycopaths its impossible to change. @Hecate's Owl I'm truly sorry to hear that. That's awful and disgusting. It's horrible enough that it happened, possibly worse that you had to carry that burden alone as a child. About 7 years ago my younger cousin, who was 12 at the time, came out and told us that my brother, who was 24, had molested her twice. My brother denied it, and my mother and other brother blindly defended him, never bothered to find out the truth. I have not spoken to any of them since, and none are allowed in my daughter's life. Since she was a baby at the time, my daughter doesn't even know her two uncles or grandmother. There are some things that are unforgivable, and I will do whatever it takes to keep my daughter safe, I don't care who it's from.

I worked 33 years on county jails, prisons and patrol on the streets. Usually in a situation like this a guy, like Inmate Steven Sandison will further for the rest of his time be housed as a "single cell only" because murdering a cell mate makes you a danger to future ones. And no, Karma doesn't take over peoples mind and body to deliver the punishment. That is all humans doing exactly that - - stupid sh*t. The universal rule is to have a free will and to be judged upon that. To Define a human to be good or bad, he has to have a chance. Nobody is born either one of the two and nobody knows for certain which one he will be. Only time will tell as each of us is given a chance. Sandison will pay his price eventually, in a mortal world or the after life. Nobody can escape it. Hence Morality is esoterics a.k.a secret knowledge for us common people. This is why the system is so corrupted and used against us via judicial means. To think as if that would be equal to Morality or justice. Including peoples own biased point of views of justice or Morality -- to keep us away from the Truth. Then again I am not expecting anything from someone like you, so simple and so clueless. Cody bone, I can understand where you’re coming from and yea, murders will strike again if they feel like they need to kill again cause they think it is the best option for them. But keep in mind, the man was already in jail (a place where child molestation is already severely condoned by close to every one in there, even punishable by death by the criminals just for getting into jail for that heinous action) and the guy in the video already asked him to stop talking about it, he’s gonna get a new cell in morning with someone else. In there, he was already given a chance by the guy not to talk about it anymore but he kept doing it. If you’ve done something that bad and another inmate tells you to shut up and doesn’t do anything yet, they’re giving you a chance. But he didn’t listen and kept talking about it, you don’t do that, even if the aforementioned cell mate is smaller then you. You stfu, but he didn’t do that and paid the price. Which he rightfully deserves cause like murdering, child molestation will happen again with the same person if extreme measures are not taken ie intense re wiring of the persons over all psyche (which close to never happens cause they will repeat the same crime they did but with a different victim) the guy got his second chance, and blew it by being a loud mouth. Doesn’t matter who did it or what (the killing of the child molester) he would have more then likely gotten killed off sooner or later.

@@Pelpe Extreme offenders are given numeric scores to assess risk of re-offending. Sexual-based crimes are almost always the most prone to this, but a number of other factors contribute. When people discuss their perceived differences between child molestation and murder, what they’re likely missing is that every case of pathological, compulsory murder ever committed with a stabbing instrument *is* a sexual act in and of itself. So, re-offending rates for both are high.

Who is to say we would agree with other reasons which would seem just as good to him. And, he would be just as remorseless and just as honest about the deed if he decided you deserved to die for some reason. We have laws. There is a system for these things. Because he's pleading guilty. There is no need to defend someone pleading guilty. The goal of a lawyer is to represent you and give you legal council so that you can get the best deal possible. If you wanna go to court then he will defend you. Pleading guilty in cases where the evidence is damn near irrefutable, pleasing guilty will actually get you a shorter sentence most the time. And a greater chance at parole.

I appreciate there was no confusion of innocence. It wasn't that he was an accused predator and denied it, yet still was killed. No, that person talked about it. Admitted it. Wouldn't stop describing it. There's no mistake here on misapplied punishment and that is what truly gives me peace about this. He was legitimately a guilty person. *Edit:* It has come to my attention that there is conflicting evidence to this idea. The deceased person claimed innocence, so says the guy in this video, in another video. I figured you all should know this, too. Let me also state I am now much more bothered by this than before.
