It was so nice to see Mr. Seagal treated with such respect. Unlike in hollywood that seems to make a living belittling people these days. I'm glad it was like this in Canada as it is becoming more like the US in Canada these days. This was a joy to watch. The moderate did an excellent job.

It's really upsetting that Seagal been a target for whatever reason of many.... I personally have always liked him and thought he was pretty bad ass , im sure just like anyone else he's made a couple mistakes, said a few things he regrets , but the hate he receives is imo completely unwarranted.....hope we see him on the Big screen at least once more

He seems like a really nice guy. The amount of unwarranted hate he gets from internet losers is just boring now. People need to get a life.

You realize that everything he said when he was talking about gene lebell was about himself right. He never met bruce lee, he constantly makes up stories about dead celebrities and says that he taught them something or had a close relationship with them, and he has been caught in so many lies now that it's clear that he's pathological. He's saying this shit also because he's in canada hoping no one knows the truth that's come out in public in amerca. Most pathetic former star i;ve ever seen, thank god his career tanked just like his life.

@mikealanzo4 жыл бұрын
@@dmer-zy3rb You nailed it! But his arrogance wont let that happen any time soon.... He is trapped in his own world where he is the greatest and master of basically everything and anything. God forbid if he become somewhat humble and ask for help through people he knows back in US, somehow draw some positive vibe and attention to himself and get back to where he started, I'm sure he would get some good collaboration with Peter or Michael as I mentioned in my prev comment and do some serious action movie again instead of direct to DVD crap he is into these days!

4:56...That isn't what his long time top student Haruo Matsuoka sensei said when he spoke of that Warner Brothers demo in 1986.Matsuoka sensei said he never saw Seagal get nervous but on that day he saw a very nervous Seagal.I think Seagal is down playing how much he wanted to be a movie star.He even groomed Matsuoka sensei to be his full time student and later stunt man in many of Seagal's early big budget films.So to say he wasn't looking to be a movie star is not quite true. 27:51...Seagal met James Colburn in 1980.Bruce died in 1973...Doesn't add up.
@Katzenhase5 жыл бұрын
Alex Scott: I talked to Ron Balicki. His wife is Diana Lee Inosanto. He talked to his Father in law Daniel Inosanto and he confirmed that Seagal really knew Bruce Lee personally. Ron Balicki told me that Seagal was at James Coburn´s house when Bruce Lee and Daniel Inosanto entered the house. Therefore Seagal wasn´t lying!!!

@@KatzenhaseBullshit buddy.Bruce NEVER had people just standing around during his private classes for celebrities never mind an unknown skinny 6ft4 20yo kid.Bruce wasn't even IN the US from 1969 until his death in 1973.He worked out of hong kong.Plus Ron Balicki didn't even know Dan and Bruce at the time because Balicki hadn't met Dan's daughter Diana until the late 70s early 80s.Seagal didn't meet James Colburn until 1980 so save your bullshit for someone else fanboy.

@nikto45 Seagal did know James Colburn.James Colburn brought Seagal to that Merv Griffin show he did and Colburn spoke of Seagal in a 1988 news clip for Seagal's aikido dojo in Ventura....What Seagal is bullshitting about is that he met Bruce Lee through James Colburn at Colburn's home in Hollywood...That never happened.

Bruce Lee died in 1973 and Seagal was born the 10 of April 1952 which would have made him 21 years old when Lee died at 33 years of age. Seagal commenced his martial arts training at the age of seven under the tutelage of well-known karate instructor and author Fumio Demura, and in the 1960s commenced his aikido training in Orange County, CA, under the instruction of Harry Ishisaka. It's very plausible that many a teenager studying martial arts would have been thrilled to meet the rising star that Bruce Lee was and would have gone out of their way to try and meet him so suck it up haters! 😂
