In many ways 82 was probably his best year. Two fantastic films, one being his dark side and the other being his light side.

God! I really miss that music and love it too and City Lights and Brian Linehan's wits!!!!!!!!!!!! I'LL MISS YOU BRIAN LINEHAN!!!! I used to watch all the time back in the 80s and I rememeber this behind the scene show of E.T. from 1982.

I guess, he was not longer interested about O'Rourke or her later career because he was busy with other projects. Spielberg dosn't care about her, because he was already finished with Poltergeist and E.T. That is his kind of working with children in his movies, the only important thing of Spielberg is his name, the money and to famous in show busynes.
