The late, great Taylor Hawkins once commented in an interview he was in that his most stressful life moment was trying out as a drummer for the Foo Fighters, as he had to basically prove _to the drummer for Nirvana_ that he was good enough to be in his new band.

Love it! That is a crazy ensemble, I have been an Aerosmith fan for a looongg time. They were so good live as they got older. Honestly, they were not a good live show back in the late 70's and early 80's but we still went to the concert for every tour!!! I love how they have remained relevant for so long. I know this was just Steven Tyler but the song brings up the memories. Thank You

I saw them the first time on their Pump tour, back in '90 with Joan Jett opening for them. They killed it and I recall Steven asking everybody to not drink and drive, so they could live to see them again. I did see them again, like 20 years later, along with KISS. They still had it then.

This is a fantastic performance - and for them to gather for Howard Stern’s birthday on satellite radio is remarkable. (Yes, Steven Tyler is amazing). One thing that surprised me is the “Talk this way” lyric in the chorus. That was introduced, as far as I know, in the Run-DMC version. The original repeats “Walk this way” a second time.

Definitely check out Dream On that was performed on this same show with Tyler, Train, and Slash. Even if you know Dream On, this version is great and Steven’s vocals will blow you away

Check this one out. Guns N Roses with Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith. Doesn't get much better than this with two of the best frontmen of all time and two of the guitar greats all on the same stage. Enjoy, you won't be disappointed
