Finally, some good examples on using the Classpect system in other fandoms! Full bets that the diamonds are all the cardinal aspects. Heir Of Blood, Bard Of Breath, Rogue of Time, and Thief of Space. Those would probably be my guesses at Pink, White, Blue, and Yellow would be respectively.

Hmmm. My predictions are: Steven is Heir or Page of Life, Garnet is maid of Heart (cause she is made of lo-o-o-o-ove), Pearl is a Knight of Hope or maybe Light, Amethyst... idk she’s one of my favs but she changes the most aside from Steven throughout the show soooo

Well actually wouldn't Garnet be like a seer or a mage since she can predict the future. If my calculations are correct she could be the mage of mind or time since she can think up many possible outcomes through any timeline.

I'm really attached to the idea of Pearl as a witch. Your video on witch's familiars as both things that enable and hurt a person made me think that Pink Diamond very much took that role for Pearl, since she enabled her by encouraging her to rebel and live her own life, but also hurt her since Pearl was so attached to Pink that she would die for her and as she forced Pearl to keep her secret. I'm looking forward to seeing your takes and possibly having my mind changed!

I always saw Steven as an Heir of Blood, as he inherits all of Pink Diamonds Relationships and his 'powers' seem to be in relation to his bonds with others. I saw Pearl as a Knight of Light, given her knight motifs and how she uses knowledge to serve others, especially when she tried teaching Connie how to fight. I think Rogue of Void is quite fitting for amethyst. I saw Garnet as Maid of Heart, with Ruby being a Knight of Heart and Sapphire being a Seer of Time. I see Connie as a Sylph of Mind, especially after the last season where she is the only one who notices Steven's mental state at first.

"Plus it's just a fun way to play pretend" As a fellow classpecter/Page of Light, that statement heavily reminded me of the Hope aspect, acknowledging the fundamental tenuous integrity of Hope's ideals

@@lulopezt.8147 bard class invites destruction with their aspect. blood is the aspect of relationships and bonds. i think because of yellow diamond's controlling nature and tendency to be insensitive and quick to anger, this makes sense.

I headcanoned the diamonds as muses of their aspects: White diamond as a muse of mind (her gem placement is located on her forehead, indicating logic and reasoning) and both her pre and post future abilities are related to the mind (mind control and psychic links) Yellow diamond as the muse of light she kept track of knowledge regarding gem colonies, and both her pre and post future abilities are linked to light which the physical forms of gems are made out of (destabilization and physical form alteration) For blue diamond I saw her as a player of doom until future were she became a breath player. Doom because her original ability was her pathokinetic aura that inflicted the feelings of grief, misery, and suffering onto other gems. She also shattered gems in the past bringing them to their doom. As for breath, I have to admit that it was mainly that her newfound ability manifested in the form of clouds (which is linked to sky, and air and thus breath) Pink diamond would either be a blood player on account to their ties to loyalty, relationships, and camaraderie (her formation of the crystal gems, and her influencing gems to join her rebellion) Or heart due to the aspects themes of want, desire, love, and self discovery (her incessant desire to have a colony of her own, her love of the life on earth and her relationship with Greg, and her Rose quartz persona)

this makes a ton of sense! although, i actually could see the diamonds as both the master classes. i think that white and yellow would be lords, given their controlling and active nature, and pink + blue would be muses given their more passive nature.

12ft Narcoleptic Panda I’ve been torn between him being Hope or Heart. In my mind he doesn’t really act like a Heart player, but he is concerned with a lot of Heart concepts. (Such as his personal identity, the identity of others, his place in the world, and so on) Similarly, he acts a lot like a Hope player and is concerned with a lot of Hope sensibilities. (The possibilities of a better and brighter future, the injustices imposed on him by the crystal gems, giving his enemies the benefit of the doubt and hearing their grievances, etc.) So I’m kind of torn between him being an Heir of Heart or an Heir of Hope. But I think he’s definitely one of those.

12ft Narcoleptic Panda I don’t know if a Hope player necessarily NEEDS to have delusions. But I would say Steven’s showed themselves particularly in Future. He believes that he can solve his problems on his own without help from anyone, that he could propose to Connie and she would say yes, and that all bad people can be changed.

I really hope that ATLA gets tackled at some point... I would love to hear what classpects might suit the gaang. I only just started thinking about the cast of ATLA, and the only ones I'm particularly certain about (would need pretty strong reasoning to change my mind) are Zuko (heart), Azula (mind), Mai (rage), Aang (hope), and Sokka (light). the rest I haven't really gotten around to considering as fully just yet, but those ones leapt out to me pretty immediately.

@@Sleepy12ftPanda I'm not sure how you could read the canon description of Blood personality traits and not find Steven written all over it. Drawing their strength from bonds, from the trust and camaraderie that blooms among a group of people who all share a single vision. Leaders, but they inhabit more of an inspirational role than a commanding one, giving others the strength and motivation to keep fighting. Forcing an endeavor forward with sheer stubborn force of will. No matter how bad things go, a Blood-bound can always count on friends and allies. At their best, they are charismatic, uplifting, and magnetic. At their worst they can be sullen, unkind, and set-in-their-ways. All of that is pretty much Steven in a nutshell, imo; not saying he doesn't also show some traits from other aspects; all characters, even those from Homestuck, do; but at his core, he is someone who is all about the power of bonds and friendship which to me marks him firmly as a Blood hero.

Garnet is a Time player? You know Fusion in the Steven Universe, we, universe in a SBURB setting would raise a LOT of questions. If she's a Time Player, would that mean her two halves are also Time Players? Or would it change your Class and Aspect? The most likely and interesting idea would be taking one of their classes and the others aspect in the fusion. This is just a fun concept to ponder

I think is a doom one. She try to excel expects of other and she think a is better,but one the reality is in from of her she can not accept her limits. I see her as a witch of doom(one how change limits for herself) and his familiar is not a person but a status. She try to she his doom with power but is a backfire,her familiar and her ego consumption her change making a circle of changed and doom. But when her familiar fall she not longer have power(or that what she thinks) and try to get a new one(sadly this is steven) and she is serve with raw and cruel DOOM.

​@@NErDy-pr1jf It could be, but we will have to take her first thoughts about the fusion, I quote "fusion is a cheap tactic for weak gems", at first she saw fusion as weak, not until it merges with lapis (which I consider the witch of breath, and her family is her past and steven) who sees the true potential but in a bad way, sacrificing the life of another gem (lapis, by keeping it in a forced fusion, on a planet that both hated at the time) that in the end it damages itself to self-corrupt by fusion. but it is only an observation in your idea, I am not saying that it is wrong, it has a good point but I persist jasper even as a doom player.

1:36 Hussie was a fan of the pics, it doesn't mean they fit. 5:11Hope is also associated with possibilities and that everything is possible, which is why i think BKEW is right, and Pearl is not a Maid of Hope (even if there are multiply ways to interpret both characters and classpects), see my previous comment from before the video premiered.
