BioHazard Cartoonz Everyone uses multiple layers when you're getting the base colours down, but when you it actually comes to blending the lineart and shading and getting the real shit done, it was all one layer

Roberto Davidson Actually we've seen her multiple times, we just haven't had an episode where we focus directly on her being alive. In Laser Light Canon we saw a picture of her with his father in the storage room. And in So Many Birthdays we saw a picture of the Crystal Gems (including Rose) on a boat saving people. And in Indirect Kiss we saw her garden that consisted of multiple statues of herself. We've seen her countless of times, we just haven't seen her alive in the presence of the show.

***** The sketch is and base colours are done on multiple layers but that's the easier bit! Refining/detailing/cleanup or what you call it on one layer is nuts though.

You did a wonderful job!! I've watched this video so many times. If you ever revisit this piece, just remember that Amethyst's gem has a hexagonal cut, but you gave it an octagonal cut with a square in the middle. It's a tiny detail in a wonderful piece, but it makes all the difference! Keep up the amazing work

Your use of color is beyond perfection! That's the best part or at least *mine* favorite. Another thing I'm crazy about is the flow you do with the hair. I love drawing hair, but mine never turns out the way I want it because my hair always looks stiff and choppy. :( You're amazing! I'm definatly gonna check out more of your vids!
