@@safjeh Okay so basically: The colourful people are sentient space rock femalien people. They can do something called "fusion" where two or more of them merge into one big person. Garnet (square hair) is a fusion of two gems called Ruby and Sapphire. Pearl (pointy lady) is an ex-slave of Steven's (now dead) mother, Pink Diamond aka Rose Quartz. Millenia ago, Pearl and Rose ran away and started a huge revolution, leading to a war. Garnet, Pearl and Amethyst (short & purple) are the only survivors. (There are a few others, but they don't rlly do much in the movie.) Spinel was Rose's best friend back when she was Pink Diamond. P.D. abandoned her in a space garden for 6000 years when she first came to Earth (P.D. ain't a great person). She's just found out and discovered a way to get back to Earth, starts injecting it with planet-killing poison and shanks Steven's friends with a scythe that resets them back to factory default mode. She tries to stab Steven, but he's half human so all it does is stop his powers from working. Steven manages to stab her with her own weapon, transforming her back into a bouncy cheerful ball of giggles with no memory of her past trauma. I *think* that's all I need to say for the rest of the video to make sense. (Oh, and the three colourful ladies at the end are the other three Diamonds.)

So the gems lose there memory and spinel, Steven regains them back and we learn that spinel was pinks buddy till she left her for thousands of years, insert fight scene, spinel is good now, and diamonds (in the beginning beg Steven to stay at homeworld but at the end) they take spinel to homeworld and BOOM SUF hope that helped

Ok so I felt the need to explain why Garnet got her memories back. The truth was one of the main reasons why Ruby and Sapphire got married. Pearl told the truth about Rose. Then Ruby and Sapphire defused because Sapphire thinks their relationship was built on a lie. But after that she learns that the true reason Ruby and her got together was because they wanted to be together not because rose told them to. Basically she learned the truth. Blah blah blah Ruby leaves she comes back and then they got married. All of the things I mentioned all happened because Pearl told the truth. After finding the truth Ruby and Sapphire found the "true kind of love". So that's basically why the truth made Garnet remember
