I freeaking love this movie. I went through a phase where I genuinely watched it every day as a kid (my poor parents) and honestly if I had the time I'd still watch it daily if I could. It's an absolute gem and the best Cinderella adaptation.

Protocol is probably my favorite for being so silly, Comforting is my favorite for being so catchy and morbid at the same time, Position is my favorite for the dance sequence and fun peek behind the scenes of Castle life, Tell Him Anything is my favorite for how haunting it is and how well it shows Cinderella’s true character!!!!

One is the slipper didn't turn back to it's original form because the fairy god mother wanted to give Cinderella a souvenir. Something to remember her one night of freedom. Another is that the shoes were made purely out of magic and didn't replace any real shoes, unlike her other clothes and accessories. So they stayed the same after midnight. The last idea is that the shoe she lost was separated from her, and since the fairy godmother said that everything on Cinderella would go back to normal, but since the shoe was separated from her, it just remained the same.
