Nothing is perfect, but a Steven Wilson and Guthrie Govan combination is pretty damn close. One of the best songs of all time, and one of the best solos of all time. (Although i prefer the studio version)

I found Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson by way of Genesis/Steve Hackett, so yes it can be done. But you should be kind to "Geezers" (who originally created this music also) and show them the way!

In hindsight, Steven Wilson's musical vision was the perfect stage for the guitar genius of Guthrie Govan, and his coda to this song is quite possibly best solo I`ve ever heard.
