Holy cow, what a jury rig job someone did putting all of that plumbers putty that was on there. I like that type of basket strainer that you used the ones with the collar. Good repair.

+kroozman10 if you see in my other videos i use thick glued plastic all the way up to the basket strainers it will never leak that way all these compression fitting will leak when the hot water hits them over time the waste elbows i am talking about

Good Job Steve!! Damn you were LUCKY there was no Gorilla Glue~! LOL I once had to follow some idiot who used fiberglass and resin, and he wrapped the entire drain and facing portion of the sink. I felt like I was at a wrecking yard trashing a corvette! Gloves and mask ~ definite Next Level and maybe the one after that!

Guy must been a real shoe maker to patch up the pipes like that with putty actually reminds me when I bought my house my sink pipes was jerry rigged with an accordian pipe silver seaze smeared all over the pipes I tore everything apart & bought all correct pipes made it all new again though it shows that there are shoe makers out there don't have a clue what they are doing...
