@aframaco9491 Жыл бұрын
@@luckyadeloye3452 Lucky, it's not necessarily about land space! If you know these property developers I mentioned, you will know that they are all very proactive in areas like Osapa, Ibeju-Lekki, Ajah, Epe, and Itunu! All these are new areas in Lagos where they shouldn't be making the same mistakes of the older congested areas! But they are all just busy building some fine superb houses without making space for at least some greenery! It doesn't necessarily have to be huge trees 🌲, but certainly some grassy areas around the buildings will suffice! Is Lakowe (Lakes) not in Lagos?? Same thing with Amen Estates, they made allowances for green areas and trees! This is down to having vision and foresight! As the whole world gets hotter, we in Nigeria are going to face some serious climate challenges! Building just pure concrete structures on top of concrete ground is not the best ! At a stage, even air conditioners in the houses would not be as effective ! But tall trees around our homes would act as a conduit to bring breeze and provide shade! They help slow down erosion and remove carbon dioxide from the air around us!! It's not just in Lagos, many other parts of Nigeria with by far more bigger land areas than Lagos, are all having property developers making the same mistakes! 👊🏾🇳🇬!
