Was first introduced to Bathu at a Forbes 30 under 30 event some six years ago. I remember falling inlove with them at first glance as everyone, literally everyone there was wearing them and they looked so good. Great story! I wish they sold Bathu shoes in the United States. I LOVE them!! While visiting SA for the first time last month, I was hunting for a pair of Bathu for a souvenir and found the store across from the Maxhosa store in the Mall of Africa. What a great experience! Great shoes and great customer service for a great price!! Now that I'm back in the States, I wish I had bought more pairs. (BTW, I really loved the Balenciaga-styled Bathu shoe in black but they didn't have my size. 😞 I'll have to look for them on my next trip to SA. 🙂)
