I live in a apartment and right across from me where they take all the bulk like furniture and bags of kitchen and bathroom stuff and all kinds of stuff from people getting evicted and you should see the nice stuff that gets thrown out. Its sad in a way but people have already abandoned the places a month before hand anyhow and they leave everything behind. But I use to go dumpster hunting all the time but I don't have a vehicle now , but I loved going. The hunt is so much fun.

I had a grown, female dog come to my house several years ago. I kept her and notified people on facebook that she was here. I loved that dog so much after just a short time. She could have been Jerry's sister, she looked just like him! One of the best dogs I have ever had. No one ever responded to us or notified us that she was theirs. We kept her 5 years until she was ran over and killed. We are in the country and she ran free with our lab. I love your Jerry and he reminds me so much of Wendy!

hello guys from Cleveland Tenn! my name is Liz, and i enjoy your videos, and have had a few diving moments myself,lol. but ive learned a few things from watching your videos,[ leaving the place cleaner than when you got there. ect. ] it leaves you with a sense of making a difference! and i like that feeling. so thank you for diving, having fun yet, with principles. the reason i wanted to send this message is because for the most part your videos show what you get while your diving, and ive seen videos of your yardsales, and videos of the storage places youve purchased, but have you ever shown videos of some of the people youve blessed youvr spoken of in videos saying im gonna give this to so and so, or your grand ghildren, or daughters for the school . i would love to see the excitement on the faces of the children when you give all the supplies to them through your daughter. [ not sure if youd be able to video the children without parental permission though] so maybe not that, but maybe , a video of friends youve blessed, or the donation centers thank yous. you two do so much for others before yourselves. every time you find stuff i rarely hear you say ooh im keeping that, you mostly think of others you want to give it to. and that says alot about your character. keep up the diving and sharing the videos. i wish you the most productive dives.

I live in CA and they don't throw it in the ocean. It goes to a place outside of town and buried. But they charge way to much so people go up on the hill and trash the hills. Makes me sick to see.

The only difference between dumping the excessive waste above ground and hiding it below the dirt is....aesthetics...if you hide it ppl forget about it sitting under the homes and playgrounds and city parks...as it slowly rots, mixing chemicals with other chemicals, creating new unknown dangers just below our feet...till one day earth beaches or sinks in...releasing God knows what into earth atmosphere...California pretends to be a high moral example of clean earth, clean air, recycling, renewable energy and clean energy but every damn day I see this amount of waste from one little area and I wonder if there is ANY true unleashed land or if everything is on a multi layered landfill...there is no "away" when you throw anything away...

Yup I'm Canadian Eh and you're right we do get the short end of the stick when it comes to pricing! You there in the USA have much better prices on everything BUT to counter that we Canadians have free health care we don't pay for anything except some prescriptions. But hospital visits and stays and drs. appointments and visits etc. are all free, surgeries and having a baby etc. are free. So I think we got it pretty good really :) Great haul guys !! Nothing like free eh! :)

Hi guy's, you collect a lot of sturdy glass and delph that will be able for the heat of a burning candle,so take one of the big saucepans and melt then down,strain the glass out and pour into the glass/pots, you could double the price at your yard sale. Love the show. Kay in Ireland.

I wouldn't take all that stuff that's available. IDK why y'all do that so much. I'd only take items that seem unique, highly useful or in demand. Take the green ornaments...think about it....a green tree with green ornaments isn't appealing and not many people want white Xmas trees so I would have left those for poor people. A lot of stuff I'd leave for poor people who are starting over after a tragedy and only take select items.
