Yeah I would like to order a Beefy Episode (hold the Kinger sauce) with a side of Cameos & a Large Lore drink - Orbsman is voiced by Bembo Davis who is a KZbinr animator & voice actor who also voices Gameshow Announcer (Little Runmo) which is a short made by Gooseworx - When they mentioned that Pomni would look good with a unicorn horn this a reference to sketches with her having one - There are a few reference to movies like: when Caine drops Zooble through the trap door is a reference to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory you can tell by the sound, when Gangle is talking about how long they been there is a reference to The Lighthouse, the happy mask in the training video is a reference to Halloween 3: Season of the Witch, & when Ragatha said “Hurt nothin', I'm hurt enough ! Packages landin' on my head, tea parties, dancin' lessons..." is a reference to Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure - Through out this episode there have been the number 57 appearing like you can find it in Caine’s office are some blocks, Zooble’s room with some dice, the hot dog is 57.57, & Pomni mentioned order 57 - In the German dub the 3 Gloinks that were named after Uzi, V, & Cyn from Murder Drones - I find it funny with Kinger bull riding in the picture but I can help but think that that became the beef that they cooked

@@enzo9242 She can feel pain, she literally says "I am in so much pain" near the end of episode 1, the circus members likely can feel pain but presumably it's less intense and doesn't persist, like how Zooble burns their hand on the grill but presumably it goes back to normal once they pull it away

If you really think about it, Jax is the only one who is truly real with his emotions. Unlike Ragatha, he doesn't hide what he thinks of the others; by doing that, he becomes somewhat of an anchor.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that. Jax is clearly hiding his emotions behind this pretense to have as much fun as possible. Like there’s clear moment where he’s genuinely upset and that’s only ever shown if he’s either alone or isn’t able to properly piss people off. Zooble is arguably the only one who seems the most real with their emotions.

The episode is allegorical for how Gangle is always so complicit and takes everything lying down but the one time she gets to call the shots she thinks everyone turned against her, leading to an existential crisis the likes of which almost makes her abstract. Took me a bit to understand where the plot was leading too.

Well, technically speaking, since they're all part of the same computer program inside the same computer system, caine, bubble, the entire circus, and every single npc are ALL parts of the same entity. This also means that technically, being the computer all of this is hosted on (unless a future episode gives us reason to suggest otherwise), all of them are currently *inside of* caine. The entire circus is not just controlled-to varying degrees of conscious input on his part- by, but *is* caine.

i theorize that gummigoo was able to remember because this adventure, unlike all the others, was most likely put together on a whim since it came from the suggestion box (which caine forgot existed, so he couldn't have designed it beforehand) it's possible that gummigoo, along with the other npcs, were given a sort of default reset that resets some global variables found in every npc, and that gummigoo might've had some other variables that were specific to his character that the reset didn't encompass and while it would've been much more efficient to just restore the some kind of default character you pull from, this *is* also meant to be an early-90s type game, so the programming was probably a bit iff-y

Hm, I was hoping that this Episode would’ve lead into some bonding between Pomni and Gangle, but what we got was still very nice and that kind gesture from Pomni at the end there could’ve opened the door for Pomni and Gangle getting closer, that I hope we at least gets signs of in future Episodes. Anyway, this was yet another very well done Episode, that really makes me look forward to what’s next in store and i especially hope that certain things that happen in this Episode gets carried over to the Next one. Also, when did Caine review Pomni? Wasn’t she the one closing for the night?
