Dont know if you seen narmaks comment but in his comment section he said "Every new arc needs a new anime opening 😎 Next up is Ending 2 end of this year, then... EPISODE 2!!! Who are you excited to see fight in the Frycook Games Tournament?? (Team Fred the Fish baby) Also hope you guys like the logo redesign!" So the ending should be end of year and episode 2 probably near the end of janurary!

13:43 To me, we can ignore OP 1 & 2 as the present time. OP 1 & 2 is did when he have no plan to do an actual anime yet. So those OPs are the story themselves. Since when he decided to make an actual anime, it's back from the start in EP1. We can consider OP 1 & 2 as a draft of the story.

If anyone remembers, during the frycook games from the cartoon, Spongebob and Patrick were competing against each other. It would make sense if the anime variant of Patrick was injected by Plankton the same way Squidward was

Well in the 3rd opening it seems that patrick is on a neutral side and both sides are trying to get him as ally, after his decapitation he most probably regenerated as starfish do but he lost most of his memorys during this process hemost probably remembers only his fights with spongebob, his maestry on the katana snd that at some point he worked for plankton like in the series, this would mean he most probably entered the frycook games to find himself as well ss the answers he is been looking for to who he is
