My heart was with you on thursday when you were finally laid to rest Steve, God i will miss your truly magic guitar playing, and also seeing your u tube videos, why oh why did it have to be you, taken at such a young age. @@patriciaplat4663 Thankyou Patricia, Steve was a genuine nice man, i loved his 60s music, he was extremely talented. So very young to die, i truely was weeping as i wrote my condolences. Bless him and his family, it must be very hard on his twin sister, and of course his mum. Hi Steve i have just compared this version with the Shadows Final Tour, and its very close. Perhaps a touch more echo, and bit more sustain from the guitar. How does it sound with your Alan Brason Strat?

Hi Allan the final tour was a very different sound to this. If you compare this with the original recording from 1963 you’ll hear the difference

Hi Benito. There are a few usb interfaces recommended, I personally use a focusrite 2i2 and that works fine has 2 inputs and plugs in via usb.

Nice work, Steve and I notice that some of your fret positioning is different to what many play. Sounds good, very impressed with the tone and effects. I thought this VST system from Vintage. Sounds was for use on a PC and I know you are a Mac user. How did you work with that? Have you installed the Windows using Boot Camp Assistant or did you use a PC ?

Hi Ian hope you are good. Yes I’ve always played it that way and noticed many times I play the intro different to everyone else! I did learn it from ear I think so that’s likely why. Yes the vintage sounds system is for windows only sadly but I have a windows 10 pc as well as the Mac so all bases covered in that respect. It’s a pain as I love logic and Final Cut Pro on the Mac but then there are programmes on pc I can’t live without either!
