This video should have way more views and likes than it already has. Especially for his chops and talent as well as the production work that went into it. Another hidden gem. Inspiration to work that Wilcoxon!

What a drummer! Man i am so envious of his practice space. No one around to interrumpt you and you could practice 3 30 am if you wanted!

This is great, thank you for posting this. I know Philly Jo Jones studied with Wilcoxon and applied the ides from this book to his solos. Am I mistaken or are you playing the solos with sort of a swing feel? It sounds great either way.
