She may think she's ready and qualified for the job, but as a potential employer listening intently for certain cues and flags, she simply comes off as desperate for a job. She won’t STFU because she is uncomfortable with silence. This is indicative of a larger issue. She needs to learn at a minimum to enjoy being alone before she can enjoy being with others. And by alone I don’t mean with her phone or other electronic devices, I mean truly alone with just her thoughts. I’d bet there is chaos in her head.
