NIV life application study Bible was my first Bible many years ago. Very organized work bench. Place for everything and everything in its place.

I admit I am a little OCD. But the U. S.M. C didn’t help. LOL and I always think twice about filming in this location because of the busy background. But the lighting is some of the best… And the first time I did it it was because of the having the right tool for the right job aspect. But this was a fun project and I love having my tools where I know where they are and I know where I can get them. Just like my theological tools

Good review - I have one in large print coming from Amazon this week.It's the same translation,but in the gray and pink,and there's two ribbons with it.I also got the large print tabs for it in silver,and a Bible organizer cover for it.

Good review sir and by the way, have you looked at some you tube videos on people who are color blind that tried a pair of glasses which allowed them to see in full color? If not have a box of tissues at the ready! Might be something to try out.

I notice that the cross references are in the inside margines. In my opinion this should be the standard for Single column bibles.

Yeah...that is a nice feature. You can't really write in the "gutter" anyway. So that's a good place for them.

How young? I’d say it would be ok for a high schooler but personally I’d go with Student ESV study Bible. But if they’re mature. They can learn from it for sure.
