The way she chased her taunting her intentionally trying to get her worked up was sick. Taunts her into reacting to make her look unhinged. At the end of the "chase" when she said "you never liked me that's why your kids dead", the daughter lost it (rightfully so) but it was exactly what the mother wanted. Couldn't believe it when she said that's why your kid is dead. I'd be a frantic anxiety filled mess if I had that for a mother too

I know right chasing her down like that disgracefull taunting the poor girl can see how much of a psychotic woman that mother is don't blame the daughter not wanting to have anything got to do with her. You don't raise her until she is nearly an adult herself then you want to start playing a motherly role when she practically reared at that age. She seems and acts like a despicable over sized immature childish person. She is a bully you can tell from even the minutes that we get to see watching her them few minutes we saw how she acts on national TV can only imagine how she acts behind closed doors. The daughter said basically if something happens to one your grandchild it's on her she just said that out of anger because the wicked woman putting her out in the freezing cold in the winter so doesn't take a genius to know what she meant like you put me on the streets in the cold and something happens basically blame yourself she didn mean she was going to harm her babies. She is a sick vile🤢💩 twisted woman should be ashamed of herself.😡😱😭👊🏻🤮🤢👊🏻

The grandmother is a narcissist. She has no respect for others, cannot treat them as equals, believes she is entitled to bully and slander them and has no shame at being found guilty of demonising a bereft mother. WHERE IS THE APOLOGY!!?? - that her daughter deserves. The only mother who is showing to be lacking here is her. She had her daughter taken away as a small child, raised by strangers. The daughter overcame adversity and formed her own family, only to be bullied and attacked by the absent grandmother while she is still grieving and dealing with depression. It's disgusting. I think the reason this grandmother cannot accept her daughter is because she grew up independent of her and so she cannot view her as an extension of herself or her own achievement or possession. Therefore as a narcissist she feels threatened by her and is competitive with her.

Why did the mother chase her daughter like that all while seeing how worked up it was getting her? No empathy or compassion for her daughter. Just pure anger. Everyone wants the daughter to see it from the mothers point of view but what about the mother seeing it from her daughters point of view? Especially as an 18 year old mother of 2, just meeting your mom at 12, and just wanting the love and support from her, then getting kicked out mid winter with your kids because you didn't give her enough money.....thats a bit odd to me. The mother very clearly lacks empathy for her daughter

The grandmother is a complete narcissist. My mother was just like her, and as we saw that poor woman get taunted by her own mother and throw the death of her child into face, making all about her and "her daughter not liking her is why her grandson is dead" is the same crap my mother would do to me. She'd corner me and get in my face, anytime I tried to reason with her or point out the obvious with a problem she caused but I'd be the one that was "so ungrateful, I had no respect for her, she didn't know why I didn't like her as my mother" blah blah blah. My mother was such a problem in the family that she was literally shunned from the family and the small town she lived in. That woman's mother is so nauseating to watch and even listen to because I just hear my mother all over again and to see how disconnected mothers are from their daughters is so heartbreaking.

The grandmother is horrible. She kept her teenage daughter out with her children when she could’ve helped and then she’s going to accuse her daughter publicly of killing her child? She doesn’t care that she may be jeopardizing her daughter’s freedom by making false accusations. She has tortured her daughter mentally for most of her adult life. After seeing how the mother chased her like that, I knew right then and there that everything the daughter said was truthful. The mother said that she was an neglectful parent and took care of the baby a lot, but the daughter said that she wasn't there for her the first 12 years of her life. Mother is definitely reflecting her past on her view of her daughter. Plus the way she ran from her mom looked like she had ptsd from her. Makes me think that when she was young and lived with her, the mother was the instigator and started stuff with her to argue.

I think the grandmother is full of a sense of guilt over the cause of her daughter being taken away as a tiny child and removed from her care, not to be seen again until she was nearly a woman. I think she is projecting this onto the daughter and that's why she's desperate to prove her to be a bad mother - she's just shifting her sense of shame/guilt/inadequacy onto her daughter. It was very kind of the daughter not to give details of why she was removed from her mother at a young age. The grandmother owes her daughter a whole childhood of care and instead she is scapegoating her. Well done to the other family members for standing up to the grandmother and supporting the poor mother. She has lost a child and deserves respect and compassion.

The grandmother is narcissistic. She acts like my narcissistic mother. Chasing her when she told her to leave her alone, getting mad at her husband for being on her daughters side and telling him to go to hell. Not even apologizing and staying mad at her child because "what if she didnt pass". She DID pass and you ruined your own relationships.

Everyone grieves n deals with things differently. My siblings lost their toddler n was partying shortly after. My mom also kicked them out, and shes always making comments that my sibling didnt care, but i think its my mom projecting that she showed she didnt gaf about her grankid n she feels guilty 🤷🏽‍♀️ My mom is from of that generation that has that “im right your wrong” mentality. Can never have accountability, apologize, or sympathize. Parents are always right and never make mistakes, “i did the best i could “ 🙄 not respecting boundaries, not believing in therapy, WHEW sorry i could really go all day. Ima just blame it on the crack epidemic because all folks from that generation is so messed up.

It's the grandmother telling Pete to go to hell for me. This woman needs to stay away from her daughter if she's going to continue to hold a rent dispute to a higher degree of relevance than the tragedy of losing the grandson. THAT BEING SAID, the daughter has a serious anger issue as well: saying 'i hope something happens to my son and you live to regret it" is going to make people think that at the very least you're not stable enough to have a kid. Coupled with her being 18 when she was pregnant and no one denied the fact that the grandmother and the sister did most of the work taking care of the kids; don't get me wrong, the grandmother ruined any relationship she could've had with her daughter by imposing rent on a teen mom, but it's not completely her fault she had doubt. When you don't trust someone, they're likely not going to place their trust in you either.

The doctor said it was Sid’s. There’s nothing you can do. But to spend 15-20 years saying horrible things when you are supposed to be a mom. I feel so sorry for this woman heartache after losing her child. I’m sorry but Ashley needs to try and quit getting her sister and mother (word used loosely)to be close. Between what that horrible woman said as she chased her on stage. The fact she went to police station all those years ago trying to have daughter arrested. Even after all this time to see how all that is still so strong. The pain so raw Just put in God’s hands and let his will be done.

The mom was wanting to charge a 18yo single mom rent & kicked her & her babies out in the cold🤔chases her in the studio taunting her to get the reaction she wanted but didn’t like. The woman is a wreck over the loss of her child and the fact her own mother blames her, wont let her grieve properly to be able to move on in a healthy way and does this type of mess? I wouldnt want to be around her ever either. It’s really sad. Her mom said in the interview she hopes she had nothing to do w it but she didn’t know for sure yet chased her down yelling “you never liked me that’s why or baby is dead” which don’t make sense #1 making it about liking her🤔 then that statement says she 100% believe she did have something to do w it. Horrible mother she should be ashamed at the way she’s treated her daughter over the last 20y but all her life really, to blame her and make her feel awful bc she was a young teen single mom of 2? Neglect? Many elders will take over bathing & feeding the baby etc when it’s a teen mom bc THEY think she won’t do it when they didn’t give her the chance. My mom was that way w my sister when she lived at home w her son.

The mother wished harm on her own children? Fucking bizarre. I have a toddler and I'm always manifesting health for him! I would never ever say some shit like that, even about a simple cold. Who the hell wishes pneumonia on their 5 month old infant? I don't believe she murdered him but wishing pneumonia on your infant is unhinged. She does have a horrendous mother though so there is obviously some trauma.

I'm sorry but the way I feel about the story I feel like the Doctor should be the one that was questioned. If that baby was already having trouble breathing and they sent it back home. I felt that way before I even heard the results of the lie detector test. I didn't think she was guilty. I can see where the mom might take what she said the wrong way about something happening to one of the babies but she could have had some kind of empathy or sympathy. She just seemed to make the situation just a little more chaotic and stressful. It seems like she must not have been very good mom either. I mean she didn't even get her daughter until she was 12 and her daughter was nice enough not to blast her out. I feel bad for the whole family. And I hope they can get things back on track.

Poor women had that abuse from her mother all these years, even shouted at her son in law as he stuck up for his wife. My stomachs still turning even tho the 😮show is over. Do you know how isolating that is to someone?? No family for support because they are starting to believe lies? Your kids not knowing family or being included in events….it all had a toll…how alone someone can be with no support or love when they desperately needed it….no guidance nothing…

OK So are we going to act like that woman didn't say she didn't get custody of her daughter until she was 14? As soon as she said that she could go have a seat because nothing she could say would make her feelings meaningful. She went on and on about how terrible her daughter was all the while having just admitted she wasn't even fit to raise her so she didn't have custody. Her daughter shouldn't even have anything to do with her.
