I believe his story over hers. I don't think he faked like he was her daughter's father in the beginning. That doesn't sound remotely realistic I don't care how recent her head trauma was. Nothing about her original story added up or made sense. But he sounds a little more plausible. I think he met her on an app and she came over then they did what they did. If she started saying afterwards that he looked like her daughters father, that sounds like she had a story going in her head as soon as she saw his profile.
