I have never considered not voting in my 65-year life (except one time while I was out of the country traveling for 2 months, plus then the only option for me to vote was to go to an American consulate/embassy). When I encounter people who do not vote, the two main excuses I hear are "my vote doesn't matter" and "I don't know enough about the choices".
