I just love this version. His clavient is so funky. The song is tinged with sadness and is also uplifting. It's really simple. It reminds me of 'You got what you wanted' from Ike and and Tina. Another brilliant song.

One month earlier on February 15th it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it peaked at #39 and spent 7 weeks on the Top 100... It reached #16 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart... Six years later in 1975 the Rolling Stones covered it; their version peaked at #42 on the Top 100... Mr. Wonder will celebrated his 63rd birthday in two months on May 13th
