Yo, that’s Stevie in his 80s pop groove. It’s good pop synth keyboards but you really need to check out his prime work from the 70s and one of his greatest masterpiece is the album “Innervision”. About every song on that album is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Do a full album review and Stevie will take you on a journey that will change your life. Trust me, it is unforgettable.

Oh hell yaaaaasssss! Knowing how much you love MJ, and the era you’re most into there, you are going to LOVE the Stevie rabbit hole! Michael was hugely influenced by him and was in the studio with him just taking it all in when he recorded his biggest 70s album. Lots of super conscious tracks with funk and vocals forever! Oh I’m so jealous you get to explore this from scratch!

Stevie Wonder is amazing. He has an amazing discography. This is probably my fave song by him. I was weirdly obsessed over this song when I was a kid without understanding what it was about...I even use to watch the video a lot too. Lol

This is good 80,s Stevie, but you gotta you gotta know he wrote "I Can't Help It" for MJ on the "Off The Wall" album. Please dive into Stevie Wonder's "Songs In The Key Of Life" album (1976). You cant miss. Try "Sir Duke" or "I Wish".

To me Stevie Wonder belongs on the Mt Rushmore of musical artists. His career spanned decades with multiple top hits and a soul that few can match. His performances were very memorable, I loved Stevie as a kid and never forget his unique swaying/dancing he does. There aren't many people that can claim what Stevie has done

Only Stevie Wonder can make a song about cheating sound cool. There's a song by him called "You Haven't Done Nothing'" with Jackson 5 singing background vocals. There is also one with Michael in the background called "All I Do" and a duet "Get It" from Stevie's album "Characters". "Just Good Friends" from Michael's "Bad" album is more popular I guess, but it's my least favourite. I also love "Pastime Paradise", "As", "Living for the City", "Signed, Sealed, Delivered", "I Just Called to Say I Love You", "Black Man" and obviously, "Superstition".

You missed an important meaning of the song! From the beginning we know Stevie and his part time lover have another person in their life. But the last verse reavels that Steve's "official" lover has someone on the side too😄 He and she means his "official" girlfriend is cheating too. 2 can play the game 😁

It's weird hearing someone say they never heard this song, but if you weren't alive in the early 80s I guess there's a chance you haven't. Such a great song. Only thing I'd add is that I'm not sure which song came first, but Maneater from Hall and Oates sounds very similar.
