I love mine! If you are looking 4 a rower, do yourself a solid and get this one! It's amazing! Being 40 I fat arms and have been struggling to get rid of them. After working out 15 minutes everyday for a week now, I can feel my arms already getting tighter! Best of all this machine is fun! I enjoy working out on it. I started at the 5 setting because anything lower just felt too easy. The 7 setting was too much to start but definitely gives you a good burn. 2 minutes in a 7 setting workout and I was exhausted. If your older and looking for something that's easy on your joints but still gives a good workout, this is definitely a machine you should look in to.

So at the max resistance level, the resistance is pretty good?

@violetnv I would like to know how it is going for you now? We have had ours for two weeks. Went slowly but moved up to 15 minutes straight today. Varying workouts between push and pull and row pace etc.

@@JaredHasACamera I absolutely love it! I still work out several days a week and it has shown very good results! I dont diet or eat right so my results will differ from someone who does and i can tell you my results are amazing! Being a curvy woman its been a struggle all of my life to keep my legs toned and in shape. This thing has me looking like i had a BBL! Im not even exaggerating! The back of my arms have probably shown then most improvement. I also notice that deep cut down my spine. i think if I actually worked out more and ate more healthy I would have already hit my goals. My advice, dont start out doing too much. Do 10 to 15 minutes and do it every day until you've established a habit. Then add more time if you'd like. My husband always starts out doing to much and he never sticks with it. It's better to do what youre willing to do everyday and build from that. For any woman looking for a all in one that hits every target area we struggle with.....THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED!

Posted a comment under your other video about this but i feel you have already answered my query here! I myself have had back injuries and issues for over a decade now (still have them, but they are slowly but surely getting a little less annoying) but i still need to start training cardio once again and i happen to have always had knack for rowing! This may well be the solution to the problem. Thanks for this extensive and very enthusiastic review ;-)

Teeter obviously has a reputation for products that help your spine and the Power10 falls into that category. I have plans to update my review and speak about how my spine feels using it.

I just put it together last night and we started today. Facing a full knee replacement I'm excited how it takes the pressure off the joint. We're both heavy and have a long way to go but we're determined. Weigh-in is tomorrow :) I'm unclear as to what workout to do but since we're really in bad shape with lots of surgeries over the years I m thinking of low resistance 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a day and see how we feel in a week.

Wow I have weakness on my left leg from a spinal cord injury,to strengthen,and looks easy to get on, great design to row up high so I can get on.

How is the noise level while operating? I usually do my workouts at night when my wife and son are asleep.

Hi, can you recommend where to place the seat at based on your height to give me a reference? Wondering if i should position it forward or is for people

It’s definitely recommended to move the seat closer for those that shorter. I still haven’t found the exact sweet spot on mine, but it’s still very comfortable to me

Sir you have no idea how I've been looking for this type of video with this exact seat like my wife's. She has been complaining that she's having difficulty with the seat distance and she's 5ft 5 and I adjusted the closeness of it using the four bolts moving it closer and she's still complaining. Can you tell me what that blue button does please? Thank you sir
