Hi, this looks delicious! I do have a question- I’m thinking of adding this dish to my food truck menu- how long will this last without getting stuck together - need it to last for a 3-5 hour window in a steam table Thx so much for any help Also, can I make this the night before and reheat to put it N the steam table

Hey hey! I won’t recommend making it the night before... these noodles tend to spoil quickly. Once not overcooked they won’t stick together much. It can last up 6 hours safely from the time prepared in the steam table.

So I can cook it the morning of and put it fresh in the steam pan? Can I boil the noodles the night before and toss them in oil and store in a ziploc bag? Just looking for quick ways to do things so I’m not jammed the day of 👀 Love your channel!

Yea you can put it fresh in the steam pan. I won’t recommend boiling the noodles the night before. They don’t take long to boil though so preparing in the morning is the better and safer option. I made the noodles for an event once and it spoiled very quickly so try to prepare and serve as fresh as possible.
