2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fried rice seasoning
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
4 pimentos chopped
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup celery
1/2 tsp roccou
1 tsp dark soy
2 tbsp green seasoning
.....
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cups water

1 tsp salt
Lomein noodles boiled to aldente
.....
Add any other veggies you like to this -
1 cup Carrots sliced
1 cup Christophene sliced
1 cup Sweet peppers sliced
2 tsp sesame oil
2 scallions chopped
1 tsp fried rice seasoning

Hi Natasha I would make lo mein but I always do vegetarian style because only one of my son eat meat so if. I’m making for him i would use shrimp or chicken only for him your lo mein looks delicious to you and your family stay safe bye.
