🇹🇹The Most Delicious Stewed Chicken with Macaroni & Veggies!

STEWED CHICKEN WITH MACARONI
Here’s a childhood favorite that was forgotten with the years. A friend recently reminded me of this meal and it took a while to recall how much I enjoyed it as a child. My sister vividly remembers and makes it frequently for her kids. My family enjoyed it so much there were hardly any leftovers for the next day.
My mom adds peas and carrots or mixed veggies instead of the chopped veggies, but I know my kids will not enjoy that. Feel free to add whatever veggies you like.

Ingredients
3 lbs chicken pieces
4 tbs green seasoning
1 tbs minced garlic
1 plum tomato
2 pimento peppers and or hot pepper, chopped, optional
2 scallions, chopped,
4 thyme sprigs
1 tbs fresh oregano, chopped, optional
1 tbs salt, or to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp oil
4-6 tbs brown sugar
1 package macaroni (or any pasta)
1 red, yellow, orange, bell pepper, julienned
2 scallions, chopped,
2 pimentos, chopped
1 carrot, julienned

MS RIA. NEW TO YOUR CHANNEL. Ok So I made this 2x. Lol Heres the story 6/13 and then again 6/15. My first shot I did with the brown sugar browning 😅😅disaster. Lol. No really. It wasnt terrible but the next day I trashed it. I went wrong with the brown sugar. I think i over cooked it. And it made the chicken sour 😢😮😅. BUT I will NOT be defeated. Had some more chicken. Seasoned again overnight. 2nd attempt yesterday. PERFECT. LOL BUT I did the browning instead of the sugar. Lol and I made it this time with coconut rice. IT WAS DELICIOUS. I did a separate pan of the brown sugar...I think I did it right that time. But was to chicken to incorporate. Lol.... THE DISH ULTIMATELY WITH THS RICE WAS WONDERFUL. Will definitely enjoy left overs tonight❤❤❤ God bless you and yours. And looking forward to trying more recipes. Lastly, Do you have any recipes for TUNA STEAK?

No..that is bucatini..just a little fatter than spaghetti with the hollow centre like macaroni
