I am not a lover of liver or any animal organ for that matter but my interest in chicken liver has grown because I know it's high in iron. I said to myself let me see how you prepare it as I like to watch you cook. I was entertained and I'm definitely gonna try this, it looks great. Keep up the good work Debbie from dun a yaad! Blessings

Oh my!!! I had 1 pound of chicken livers out to cook for myself today and was looking for a dish to make them with rice! When I saw your channel come up I though " I bet she does this so so good!"!! Oh, la, la! I made my husband his meal and then made mine (he don't like organ meats)! This is so fast and good!! I followed your directions even the way you clean the liver. I also cleaned my refrigerator! Peppers, onions, spring onions, carrots, celery. I only had jalapeno for heat but just right! It was delicious and fast! Lovely with my rice. Very nice recipe!

I have been using this recipe for at least a month now and it is so good! But chicken livers is one of the only meats I can digest so I get to eat them everyday if I want to! I switch out the veggies and herbs to make different flavors but the technique works wonderful!

Such a yummy dish, I will be making this today, please was that dark soy sauce you used?
@jewellsandbandanas4 жыл бұрын
Go to the asian market they have that same soy sauce in the bottle
@spicyanita51973 жыл бұрын
@@jewellsandbandanas thank you, I just would like to know is it the dark soy sauce because there’s a difference in the taste the regular soy sauce is on the salty side and the dark soy sauce is on the sweet side so that will change the recipe that’s why I’m wondering is it regular soy sauce or the dark soy sauce which is sweeter
