1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup brown braising sauce or any brown sauce you have on hand if you use browning add less
4-5 skinny purple Asian eggplant
1 medium size eddo root
1 small potato
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tomatoes Chopped
1 small onion Chopped
8 cloves garlic Chopped
1 mini bell pepper Chopped
few stalks thyme
Chopped culantro/ shadow beni
Chopped green onions
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
