Looking good 👍 so much stronger than those pop and click on poles that you see a lot on jeeps.

Sean, I am baffled at the amount of work you are "Able" to accomplish. Looks great. Please keep up the good work and the awesome videos.

Looks great What did you have to do on the inside of the cab for extra strength to hold that plate on ? What is the thickness of the steel your using?

Love that fabrication... I do have a question, however. Do you plan on filling the tubes with expanding foam or something else to prevent water penetration? Perhaps your welds are better than mine, but invariably I wind up with a tube full of rusty water. What's the trick?
@SeanFillner6 жыл бұрын
My welds are not "weldporn" status but the bumpers on Yeti seen in the video were made with the same pipe and have not rusted. Granted they are 304s however once I am done painting the mild steel ones on Abel with the Rustoleum flat black oil based I doubt they will ever rust as the paint will seal any and all leaks that may occur. Time will tell.

@@coachgeo, well okay. I have had some good luck with it being that the polyurethane is non-absorbent. I guess the only true test would be to foam a pile, let it dry, rub some skin off on it and submerge it in water for a week. Thanks for the warning.
