I met this group a few years ago at a small event in Oakland. My friends brother did some promoting for them. I had no clue who they were at the time. Every time I hear these guys I get chills and a sudden feeling I'm elsewhere. In a different time, back when I was about 12. I remember my friends brown house and the good times we shared with his family. Stick Figure is my favorite music. I used to talk about their music to one of my best friends who played the guitar, loved dogs, fishing, boating, the sea and music. I grew up in South Florida. Born and raised 24 years in a little place called Stuart. It's a beautiful coastal city that sits on the Atlantic. As life would have it, I moved to Pittsburgh and have been land locked for 10 years. This song expresses my feelings to a tee.
